A MAN and a woman had a lucky escape after a crash on the M5 which saw a car end up on its roof.
It happened just before 4pm on Sunday between Junction 5 (Droitwich) and Junction 6 (Worcester).
Two of three lanes were shut while the emergency services, including West Midlands Ambulance Service, West Mercia Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue, dealt with the incident.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said two ambulances, two paramedic officers, and a Critical Care Car from the Air Ambulance Service attended.
The pair had both sustained minor injuries and received self care advice before being discharged at the scene.
