A MAN has been arrested following a spate of poppy collection tin thefts in Droitwich and Wychbold.
Between November 6 and 12, tins were stolen from the Travel Lodge in Rashwood, a newsagents and a hairdresser’s in Droitwich.
The Post Office and a Holiday Inn in Wychbold were also targeted.
Sgt Sarah Kent, of Droitwich Town West and Rural West, said: “A 36-year-old male from Wychbold was arrested for these offences yesterday (November 14) and has since been ‘released under investigation”.
