A MAN has been charged with several offences after an incident in Cutnall Green where a woman was hit by car.
The incident happened at 1.10am on Sunday in Elmley Close.
Police were called and, following the collision, Christopher Finch, 35, of Bromley Lane in Kingswinford has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, driving whilst disqualified and use of a motor vehicle on a public road with no third-party insurance.
He has been remanded and is set to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday).
A man and a woman, both aged 35, were arrested yesterday.
The woman has been released on police bail.
Police said enquiries were ongoing.
