A MAN has been charged with the murder of a Droitwich woman whose body was discovered at her flat in Chalverton Court on Monday night (January, 17).
Martin Saberi, aged 53, of Brackley Close, Surrey, was charged with the murder of Amy Griffiths, aged 51, and will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court this morning.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “Amy was discovered by officers at her flat.
She had head and throat injures and was declared dead at the scene.
“Saberi was arrested by police offers in Hackney, London, on Monday night.”
