A MAN has died after being hit by a train at Tibberton this morning.
British Transport Police (BTP) and West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the incident on an area of track near Evelench Lane around 10.05am.
An ambulance and a paramedic officer were sent to the scene but it quickly became apparent nothing could be done to save him.
A BTP spokesperson said: “Officers are now working to identify the person and inform their family.
“This incident is not currently being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
