A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital after a crash in Droitwich yesterday.
The collision, involving a car and the motorbike, happened around 3.40pm in Kidderminster Road, near Lidl and Vets4Pets.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent an ambulance and a paramedic officer to the scene.
Fortunately the rider had suffered just minor injuries – he was first attended to by the roadside and taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment.
One person who contacted the Standard said: “It looked pretty bad – the road was closed for some time.”
