A NUMBER of new electric vehicle charging points have been installed in Droitwich Spa’s railway station car park.
The EV chargers installed by Network Rail and the car park providers – APCOA – are among hundreds of others now installed at railway station car parks across the UK.
The joint installation scheme from Network Rail and APCOA hopes to offer better access for existing electric vehicle owners while also offering reassurance for local residents who are considering switching to an electric vehicle.
The 22KW eBox Professional units from Compleo were installed by Amco Giffen with customer payment systems provided by APCOA Connect.
All the EV Points in Droitwich are backed up and supported by APCOA’s 24-hour UK based customer support team, including a 24-hour inbound customer contact line and remote support and monitoring system.
