TWO MUMS and professional nannies will realise their ‘Daydreams’ of opening a new child’s role play cafe in Ombersley.
Little Daydreams Role play Cafe is the brainchild of Sarah Atkins of Lusley and Kate Hughes of Great Witley and will open their venue on-board a double-decker bus on Monday, January 5, on the site of The Farm Shop at Ombersley, Holt Fleet Road.
The pair are both mums to boys who have known each other for 30 years.
They met professionally when they both worked as nannies, sometimes for the same families.

Sarah began her own business Little Guests – a nanny and babysitting service – which has pivoted to a unique wedding nannies and creche service.

The idea of working together had been on their mind for years, just waiting for the opportunity to find the right place.
The pair decided to create a space that was not only clean and safe but was also bursting with inspiration and diversity.

As well as the bus, which used to be a Thai takeaway, there is a play village, which includes an ice cream shop, sandpit, car wash, vets and a separate area for messy play and a unique baby room. They also have a 40ft eco container/classroom ideal for B2B hire.

Little Daydreams encourages youngsters to use their imaginations and start new friendships while learning comes naturally.
The pair’s ethos is a child-led philosophy, empowering children to explore, discover and grow at their own rhythm through captivating flow play sessions.
Adults can grab a cuppa from the nearby Magnolias Cafe.
