A NEW Happy Days nursery was officially opened in Droitwich by Town Mayor Coun Kate Fellows last week.
The mayor was joined at the ceremony by parents, Happy Days senior team members and a resident and staff from Woodland View Care Home.
Guests received a tour of the nursery at Yew Tree Village and were treated to cake and cupcakes made by chef Dawn Evans.
Coun Fellows then led a ribbon-cutting ceremony along with some of the children and Woodland View resident Sheila.
Coun Fellows said: “The nursery is just wonderful, and it was a pleasure to visit and meet the team and parents.
“I am excited to see this nursery flourish, and huge congratulations to Happy Days.”
