A NEW Starbucks store has opened in Droitwich, creating 15 new jobs in the process.
Staff at the Rashwood Hill store held a launch event on Friday with activities such as coffee and Teavana tastings.
The contemporary-designed store offers comfortable and relaxing seating areas and offers free WiFi and a conference table with power points.
Mo Tayab, Brand Manager at Starbucks Euro Garages, said: “We are very excited to be opening a new store in Droitwich.
“We’re excited to start building our relationships with the community here.”
The store is operated by long-term Starbucks license partner, Euro Garages.
Karen Fenwick, Director of Franchising and Licensing, at Starbucks UK said: “Droitwich is a fantastic place for Starbucks, and we’re very much looking forward to opening a new store in the area.
“We’re delighted to build on our partnership with Euro Garages, who share our commitment to offering our customers first class service and a great cup of coffee.”
