THREE new tennis courses are being launched at the courts in Droitwich’s Lido Park on Tuesday.
A junior after school tennis club will run every Tuesday from 4pm to 5pm for those aged eight and under.
The fun-packed sessions are based around teaching basic tennis skills.
Between 5pm and 6pm there is Teens Tennis which is suitable for all abilities of young people aged 12 and over.
The fun based sessions teach participants how to play and develop their skills.
And, also from May 18, between 6pm to 7pm every Tuesday, there is ‘Beginner to Winner’ – an introduction to tennis
for adults, providing the perfect first step into the sport.
For all three courses, there are no membership fees, all equipment is provided and admission is £3 per session.
Other sessions available on the courts include the Saturday morning Tennis in the Lido Park sessions for all ages and abilities, Walking Tennis – every Friday from 2pm to 3pm – and Cardio Tennis – every Wednesday at 7pm.
