CHILDREN at Dodderhill School have been celebrating after achieving an ‘outstanding’ result in an Independent School Inspection.
The report praised the staff, stating all adults and teachers were well informed, enthusiastic and demonstrated a strong belief in the children’s capacity to succeed.
Inspectors from the Government body visited the Droitwich school and nursery, for boys and girls aged from six weeks to five years, earlier this year to observe lessons and conduct informal discussions with the youngsters on things like their work.
Headmistress Cate Mawston said: “We pride ourselves on providing a vibrant and stimulating environment.
“It is a widely held and agreed view that high-quality early years education has a considerable and positive impact on a child’s development.
“These solid foundations gained in the early years will often stay with the child as they move through to adolescence and adulthood.”
