AN EXTRAVAGANZA – combining the Droitwich SaltFest, St Richard’s and Food Festival – will take place in Vines Park next Friday, Saturday and Sunday (September 3 to 5).
It has been organised for the community by Simon Berry from The Gardeners’ Arms.
Stalls open at 12.15pm on the Friday with Paralympian Becky Redfern officially opening the event at 8pm and fireworks.
The whole festival opens on Saturday, featuring a children’s funfair, food stalls, street food, art and craft, chef demonstration kitchen and live music all day and night.
And on Sunday, the i-Sing choir will be performing and Dave Jones’ Magic Show takes place at 1pm with other live entertainment, including local favourites Skabucks.
Simon said: “It will be a fun-filled weekend for the whole family.”
