Petrol strimmer taken from Droitwich churchyard

Droitwich Editorial 13th Jun, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016

A RED Honda petrol strimmer was taken from a Droitwich churchyard at 11.55am on Wednesday (June 11).

It had been left on the floor after being used by ex-offenders doing community service in the area.

A man, who was with another man and a woman and was unknown to those working there, came along, picked up the strimmer and without saying anything, walked off with it.

The thief, who headed towards Stalls Farm Road, was white, tall and of stocky build. He had long messy dark hair and was wearing a white t-shirt.

Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
