HUNDREDS of people flocked to the latest Friar Street Summer Party over the bank holiday weekend.
The food and drink was flowing at the event which featured a host of stalls and live performances by Simon Batsman, Stu Vinyard, Pete Harrington and The Transporters.
Licensee at The Old Cock Inn Claire Fellows, who organised the event with 3BPIDroitwichEvents and Hayley O’Donnell, said: “This was the second year we had held the event – it went really well.
“The atmosphere was amazing, the stall-holders said their takings were good and we had some really good feedback.
“We got together with the Hop Pole as it’s important pubs work together during these difficult times.
“We like to bring the community together and this event did just that.”
People came from across Droitwich and further afield.
