THERE will be plenty of fun craft activities available at the Droitwich Spa Heritage Centre this half-term.
The crafts sessions will take place from 10am to 4pm between Wednesday and Saturday, May 31 to June 2.
Children can also decorate a pot and plant a seed for £1 per child with all materials – pot, compost and seed – provided.
And children can make paper flower crowns and wreaths at Spare Room Arts’ free floral-themed crafts workshops during August.
These events will be held in conjunction with the Droitwich in Bloom flower trail, which is back in bud this year with eight colourful and creative floral displays.
The trail is available until September 1 and features four new additions this year installed around Droitwich for people to hunt for.
A children’s art rubbing trail enables youngsters to grab a free activity book they can then use to make a rubbing at each location.
Those who collect all eight will be given stickers and a free packet of seeds they can plant at home.
Activity booklets, including trail maps, are available from Droitwich Heritage Centre, Bluebells Florist or Nelly’s Yard.
Visitors are encouraged to share their pictures from the trail by tagging @ValeandSpa and using #DroitwichInBloom on social media.
