Police appeal as cars are vandalised in Droitwich

POLICE are investigating after a number of cars were damaged in Droitwich over the weekend.

All the incidents took place over the weekend, between Saturday night and Sunday morning on Homestead, in the Chawson area.

Officers are urging witnesses or anyone with information to come forward and get in touch.

Insp Lisa Hornberger, for Droitwich Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT), said: “We understand the local community are concerned after a spate of criminal damage over the weekend.

“SNT officers have been out in the area today carrying out their enquiries and have already spoken to a number of people, including the victims, but are keen to hear from anyone else who might be able to help.”

She urged witnesses or anyone with CCTV, Ring doorbell footage or information on the incidents to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
