A MAN in a black hoody with black skinny jeans and a black face mask ripped a number plate from a vehicle while it was parked in Droitwich.
It happened in Highfield Close between 1.45pm and 2.45pm last Friday.
The vandal was described as ‘skinny’ and was hanging around the area and the vehicle at the time.
