WEST Mercia Police has issued a warning to Droitwich residents following a number of scam calls in the area.
Police have been made aware of several calls in Droitwich from people claiming to be from the Met Police.
The scammers then ask residents for money to be transferred.
A spokesperson said police would never ask anyone to do this and urged those receiving a call similar to this to visit https://orlo.uk/n5g4w and report it.
