Public meeting to discuss plans for Droitwich's Raven Hotel

Droitwich Editorial 3rd Jul, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

A PUBLIC meeting with the design team behind the plans for the Raven Hotel will be held in Droitwich on Thursday (July 10).

It comes after the display of the proposed development at the town’s Tourist Information Centre was hailed a great success.

The organisers said there was some very interesting feedback and in response this meeting was arranged.

Coun Bob Brookes will chair the meeting at 6pm on Thursday in the Council Chamber of St Richard’s House, Victoria Square.

He said: “This development in the centre of our town will shape its future for the next 100 years. This is the very last opportunity to discuss the current proposals before the planning application is considered by Wychavon District Council’s Planning Committee.”

All those interested are welcome to attend, although space is limited so attendance will be first-come-first-served.

Official comments on the planning application can be posted online at www.wychavon.gov.uk – under the planning portal application reference number – Ref W/13/02538/PN
