DROITWICH Heritage Centre is hosting half-term and Queen’s Platinum Jubilee activities.
A special Platinum Jubilee Exhibition of items, memories and memorabilia from the Queen’s accession, coronation or previous jubilees is now under way and runs until June 17.
It follows a successful appeal through the Standard asking residents to loan their items to the centre so more people could enjoy them.
Heritage Manager Catherine Finn, said: “We have had lots of really interesting items loaned to us and interesting memories and photos and information.”
From now until June 6, there is a Jubilee Quiz where children have to track down ‘The Queen’s companions’ and answer their questions to receive a small royal memento when it has been completed.
Admission to the quiz is 50p per person.
