Residents in Droitwich South East can raise their concerns at 'Meet Your Council' event

PEOPLE living in the Droitwich South East ward can raise any concerns they have with their local councillors.

The ‘Meet Your Councillor’ drop-in event with Coun Richard Morris and Coun Sital Harris takes place from 11.30am to 2.30pm on February 27 at the Red Lion, Worcester Road.

The councillors will be on-hand to provide information for people living or working in the area.

Issues raised previously have included littering, planning applications, speeding and dog fouling.

People can also pass on any positive comments.

Coun Richard Morris, said: “This event is part of the Meet your Council programme which aims to create connections with residents in order to understand their needs.

“Coming together and discussing what is important in our communities allows us to develop a plan to improve the lives of our residents.”

Councillor Sital Harris, said: “As councillors, it is so important that we engage with the community and maintain an active dialogue with residents. By doing this we can make real change.”

Anyone who cannot make the session but wants to contact their councillors can email Coun Morris at and Coun Harris at or call 01386 565000.
