RESIDENTS will gather in Droitwich on Sunday and Monday, November 10 and 11, to mark Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day.
On Sunday a parade will march to the war memorial in Victoria Square for 10.45am where there will be a service and wreath-laying.
The chimes of Big Ben will be relayed through speakers in Victoria Square as those gathered remember those who lost their lives during the Great War and other conflicts.
A service to mark Remembrance Sunday will be held at St Andrew’s Church around 11.20am.
A parade will muster at the war memorial at 10.45am on Monday with the Act of Remembrance at 11am.
Everyone is welcome to attend the events which have been organised by the Droitwich branch of the Royal British Legion.
