DROITWICH residents have been warned not to enter the ‘structurally unsafe’ Raven Hotel following numerous reports.
Concerns were raised by members of the public at Monday’s Droitwich annual town meeting, with Coun Alex Sinton saying he feared this might lead to a serious injury.
PC Warren Edmunds said the developer, LPW Development UK Ltd, is due to start work at the Raven hotel soon, at which time the safety and security of the site would fall to them.
He added nobody should be entering the building and anyone who sees people doing so should call 999 and report it.
