FATHER Christmas will soon be sitting back on his sleigh for his tour of the Spa.
The Santa Sleigh visits, organised by the Droitwich Lions and the town’s Rotary Club, will begin on November 30, with the man in the big red suit visiting as many roads in the town as he can.
On November 30, he will be heading to Doverdale Close, Manning Road, Nunnery Avenue, Packington Road, Spa Road, Stalls Farm Road and Steynors Avenue and Close.
Then the day after – December 1 – he will visit Alder Grove, Belfry Road, Birch Coppice, Cedar Close, Chestnut Spinney, Hawthorn Walk, Hazel Grove, Rowan Close, Willets Road, Willow Drive, Yew Tree Hill and York Avenue (Primsland/Windsor).
And on December 2, the roads welcoming Father Christmas will include Bromsgrove Road, Church Road, Crutch Lane, Dodderhill Road, Hanbury Road, Hanbury Street/Terrace, Impney Fields, Pridzor Road and Close, Riverside. St Augustines Close and Drive, Swan Drive, Waterside, Woodfield Road and Woodfields.
The sleigh will also be in Droitwich Town Centre on December 18 and 19.
Donations given will go to children’s charities or groups.
