A RIDER of an electric scooter which collided with a parked car in Fernhill Heath has been dealt with by police for insurance, driving licence and drink-drive offences.
It happened on Droitwich Road and caused substantial damage to the car’s passenger side wing.
Electric scooters – unless they are the approved ones being trialed in areas, such as Redditch and Birmingham – are illegal and cannot be ridden on public roads.
