THE ROYAL Mail has revealed this year’s top ten most wanted presents, according to what children have put in their letters to Father Christmas.

Unlike most toy surveys, the organisations findings come directly from youngsters themselves.

Traditional toys continue to hold the top two spots, with Lego retaining first place, having been in the top three since 2013.

Bikes have moved up from third place to second place and Video Games Consoles are a new entry in third.

Hatchimals are fourth while scooters drop from second to fifth.

Mobile phones also drop from fourth last year to sixth and the Paw Patrol Sea Patroller also goes down from fifth to seventh.

Next there are two new entries with Fingerlings in eighth and the LOL Big Surprise Ball coming in at ninth.

The last spot in the top ten of the most sought-after Christmas toys of 2017 goes to Nerf Guns.
