THE OPERATORS from Droitwich’s weekly Charter Market are trying to spread the word about the event.
The market has now been running for five months – between 9am and 4pm every Friday in Victoria Square.
It was launched back in April after a gap of four years following the retirement of the previous market master and a couple of years lost during the pandemic.
The new-look event is being run by Bluebell Events, which has partnered Droitwich Town Council.
It boasts a range of traders which varies each week with a fruit and veg trader, Nans Jams, selling pies, pastries and cakes, and independent crafters selling handmade products among the mainstays.
Chloe Ford from Bluebell Events said: “When we attended the recent SaltFest, we spoke to quite a few people from Droitwich and the surrounding areas who did not know about it.
“So, we want to get the word out so people can come along and see what is on offer.”
