STAFF at a private hospital in Droitwich have raised £215 for charity as part of a coffee morning.
Up to 50 staff members, patients and visitors of the BMI The Droitwich Spa Hospital on St Andrews Road enjoyed a slice of cake and a hot drink, and shared some time together to enjoy each other’s company.
Jenny Liggitt, executive director, said: “I’d like to thank our patients, visitors, staff, consultants and our excellent fundraising team for the camaraderie and, of course, the cake.
“Every day we see people who have been touched by cancer, and we see how difficult it is sometimes to cope with the disease. “Macmillan is doing an incredible job, and we are pleased to support their work.”
