TALENTED artist Wendy Simmons has been lauded for her work after showcasing it at the latest Droitwich Arts Network (DAN) meeting.
The Droitwich resident, who recently joined DAN, favours a speedy and impressionistic style.
During lockdown Wendy developed her drawing skills with pastels, using many locations in and around Droitwich as her inspiration.
Anything form the bluebells at Trench Woods, the wildflowers at Salwarpe to the scenes from the canal.
She demonstrated her newly-developed skills to the group over Zoom and they were in awe of her ability to draw from sketch to the finished piece.
