Talk about history of Studley to be held at Droitwich Community Hall

Droitwich Editorial 2nd Jul, 2018   0

AN ILLUSTRATED talk entitled Portraits of Studley will be given by Graham Downie in Droitwich on Wedensday, July 4.

The presentation, organised by the Droitwich History and Archaeology Society, starts at 7.30pm in the John Corbett Room of Droitwich Community Hall, Heritage Way.

Studley is in Warwickshire, close to the Roman Ryknild Street, now closely followed by the A345. It was recorded in the Domesday Book as having a Salt house and may well have many other similarities to Droitwich.

Everyone is welcome and admission is £2 for society members and £4 for visitors.
