A TEENAGER has suffered serious injuries during a vicious attack in Fernhill Heath.
The 17-year-old boy was riding his e-scooter on Dilmore Lane at around 9pm and was assaulted by a group of unknown men.
He fell from the e-scooter and sustained serious injuries to his abdomen and was taken to hospital to be treated. He has since been discharged.
Det Insp Natalie Arrowsmith from south Worcestershire said: “As you would expect, officers have been carrying out several lines of enquiries to identify those involved.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, might have relevant dashcam footage or has information which might help us in our investigation.”
