THE A38 in Droitwich has now been reopened after a serious crash under the bridge near Junction 5 of the M5 following a serious crash this afternoon.
It meant traffic leaving the northbound M5 could only go south towards Droitwich on the A38 and traffic leaving the southbound carriageway could only go north on the A38 towards Bromsgrove.
West Mercia Police dealt with the incident, along with West Midlands Ambulance Service.
Officers have also appealed for any witnesses or anyone with any information to call police on 101.
