THERE are currently delays of more than 30 minutes on the M5 between Junction 4A (for the M42) and Junction 5 (Droitwich).
The build up of congestion on the southbound carriageway has been caused by planned roadworks overrunning past their agreed time.
Three of the four lanes were still closed but one of those is now open
The Junction 5 slip road for Droitwich is also shut.
Drivers are urged to allow more time for their journey.
