WHAT better treat to give your mum this Mother’s Day than an evening to remember at Droitwich’s award-winning Vasaanti restaurant.
The popular eatery on the High Street is taking bookings for Sunday, March 30.
Owner Akbar Miah, known as Aki, and his team, have put together a special offer for Mothering Sunday.
From 5pm to 10pm on that day, diners have the choice of two options.
Option 1 – This includes any starter (excluding seafood), any main course (excluding seafood and signature dishes) and any naan or rice or chips for just £24.95 per person.
Option 2 – This includes any starter (including seafood), any main course (inluding seafood and signature dishes) and any naan or rice or chips for just £29.95 per person.
There is also no need to worry if any members of the party are not keen on Indian cuisine as The Vasaanti also offers a range of traditional British meals – it really is the eatery that suits all tastes.
The Vasaanti has proved a popular destination over the festive season and Valentine’s Day as people flocked to the eatery to enjoy the mouthwatering meals on offer. So, people are urged to get in quick and book tables to avoid disappointment.
And do not worry if your mum is unable to get to The Vasaanti in person. For those wanting to give their mother a quality Indian meal to remember in the comfort of their own home can opt for takeaways or collections.
Aki, took over the restaurant from his brother last year after a successful 17 years at India Spice in Bromsgrove.
And since then, it has gone from strength-to-strength with Aki and his team, including manager Alamin Miah and the famous Basel, working hard to build up the restaurant’s reputation.
The staff are ready and cannot wait to welcome mums and their families for this special day from Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Worcester, Stourbridge and even further afield.
Last year, the Vasaanti was awarded the prestigious ‘Best Restaurant in Worcestershire’ at the TMiiCA Awards and Ahmed Enam came third in the cookery play-off against many wonderful other chefs.
