A PERSISTENT offender has been handed a two-year CRASBO (Criminal ASBO) in a bid to curb his behaviour.
Jack Rowley, of The Homestead in Droitwich, was given the order at Worcester Magistrates Court last Friday (August 22) after committing a series of offences.
The 21-year-old, who went before magistrates on July 25 for possession of an air weapon in a public place, received a 12-month community order and 17 hours of unpaid work.
He also appeared at Redditch Magistrates Court for three matters of criminal damage, and on August 18 was given a further community order including 12-months supervision, 60 hours unpaid work and eight sessions of the anger management work book, the court heard.
The order prevents Rowley from using foul and abusive words or behaviour within sight or hearing of anyone not in the same household as himself, possessing a replica firearm, air weapon or BB gun, banging on doors, windows or properties likely to cause harassment, throwing any object likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and punching, kicking or hitting any motorised vehicle.
Chair of the bench John Taylor said: “We find you have acted in a dreadful manner and people need protecting from your actions.
“You must be certain in your mind if you breach any of these conditions you will be brought back before the court and you may well go to custody.
“You have to be very careful in the future.”
