Up and coming music group heading to Droitwich

Droitwich Editorial 14th Nov, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016

ONE of the country’s up and coming early music groups will take to the stage in Droitwich.

K’antu, which has appeared at festivals all over the country and performed many times on radio, will be at the town’s Methodist Church at 7.30pm next Saturday (November 22).

The multi-talented Midlands group will perform an eclectic mix of songs and instrumental music from Europe and South America between the 13th and 18th centuries, combining colourful and energetic elements of folk and world music.

Tickets, at £15 for adults and £5 for under 17s, are available in advance on 01905 779736 or at the door on the night.
