THE DROITWICH Heritage Centre is hoping for a helping hand as it has a number of volunteer vacancies available, writes Kate Duffy.
The centre in Victoria Square is looking for someone with a calm, confident personality who can give information in a clear and concise manner.
Roles will include selling souvenirs, booking coach trips, using a till and handling money.
A good knowledge of Droitwich or the ability to absorb information quickly is ideal.
Easily establishing a rapport with visitors is essential as the first impression always counts.
