A WORCESTER woman has been committed to prison for four months after spitting at emergency workers.
Donna Barnes, 43, was sentenced after being arrested on Tuesday following the incident at a supermarket in St Martin’s Quarter after breaching the terms of Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and the assault of an emergency worker.
She was charged before a remand court video linked to Kidderminster Magistrates Court where she was committed to prison for 16 weeks and an additional four weeks for breaching the CBO.
