WILDLIFE-lovers are being urged to take part in a discovery course to explore the world of amphibians and reptiles, writes Sophie Wheeler.
The Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is running a series of sessions including one next Saturday, April 7, to help people get closer to nature.
Places are still available for the session which will be held at Lower Smite Farm between Worcester and Droitwich Spa.
The course is led by experts who will guide participants with an indoor session before they head out on location putting their new-found knowledge into practice.
Rae Howard-Louvaine, who organises the courses for the trust, said: “The sessions offer a great opportunity to discover more about some of our most fascinating wildlife.
“All our courses are suitable for anyone with a love of wildlife and you don’t need any prior knowledge or experience.”
He added places were limited so participants had a great experience and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Each course lasts for five hours and costs £25.
Booking is essential.
