PEOPLE wanting to improve their health and wellbeing can take part in an hour of yoga every Monday.
The I Love Yoga Sessions, which are suitable for all levels, take place between 7pm and 8pm at Droitwich Spa Community Hall.
Sessions are £6 each.
Participants should take along a mat or towel and water.
