The result sees Cartel move one step closer to clinching their fifth Oakwell Brewery Premiership title in six years.
Young & Old Ringers meanwhile claimed a narrow 6-5 victory over The Star Dinosaurs.
Pillar of Salt enjoyed a 7-4 victory over bottom side Westcroft Arms, while Doverdale Arms got the better of third place Hells Bells 6-5.
In the Ringobells Championship, league leaders Pillar of Dreams find themselves five points clear at the top after claiming a 6-5 victory over Star Asbo.
Second place The Dovey lost ground on the leaders following their 6-5 defeat to third palce Hop Pole Blue Army.
The ladies from Bells Belles continued their impressive winning streak after pulling through 6-5 against basement club Pillar Team Freaks.
Elsewhere, Hop Pole Green Army were the other winners in the division after defeating Pillar Motley Cue 7-4.
