THERE was a good mix of pairings qualifying for the quarter-final stage of the Doubles Knock-Out competition.
Premiership leaders, Westcroft Cartel, find themselves with two quarter-finalists in Adam and Dave Thomas together with Cartel captain Phil Green and his partner Jay Robinson.
Second placed Hells Bells also have representation with Terry Clarke and Mike Baylis getting through the early rounds.
Lee West of Pillar of Salt and Craig Taylor of Young & Old Ringers formed a successful partnership to also qualify.
Other victorious Premiership pairings saw Dave and Marcus Heath from The Westcroft Arms and Star Dinosaurs couple, Pete Doran and Kevin Jones all booking a place in the last eight of the competition.
Two partnerships from The Championship also succeeded through the first phase of the competition.
The Dovey will be represented in the quarter-finals by Mike Carnie and Michael Griffiths.
Craig Richards and Aaron Williams from Star Asbo will also battle it out in the rounds which will be the best of three frames held at The Ringobells on Friday, April 15.
