RUNAWAY Droitwich Spa Pool League leaders The Barley Mow recorded their narrowest win of the season by edging out The Dovey 6-5.
This result was Barley Mow’s ninth win out of nine.
Second-placed The Pillar of Salt achieved their second 10-1 victory of the campaign, with Star Dinosaurs their victims this time.
Salt ’n’ Asbo’s remain third place, after winning three of the last four frames to defeat The Pillar of Dreams 6-5.
The Doverdale Arms moved into fourth following their best win of the season, a 9-2 demolition of the Working Men’s Club while The Wessie Gardeners had a narrow 6-5 victory over The Hop Pole Green Army.
