Sporting look for new manager

BROMSGROVE Sporting are now advertising for a new manager following the resignation of Adrian Mander on Friday.

The resignation came as the result of an incident involving Mander and a club director prior to the game against Cadbury Athletic on Wednesday night.

First team coaches Les Palmer and Ross Collins will assist youth director and former Sporting manager Graham Scott in first team affairs until a replacement is found.

Under Mander Sporting won their first trophy and finished as runners-up in the Midland Combination last season.




In the new campaign Sporting had lost their first game of the new season at home to Highgate United before beating Athletic away.

Scott’s first game in charge saw the Rouslers beat Atherstone Town 2-1 at Victoria Ground on Saturday afternoon.
