HEART of Worcestershire College is proud to announce a new sponsorship deal with Droitwich Rugby Club’s junior section.
The partnership, which will last for the entire 2015/16 season, will see the college support the club in a number of ways, including helping to provide kits for the volunteers who help to coach at the rugby club.
The two organisations also plan to support each other through work experience opportunities and volunteering.
Speaking about the partnership, Nicki Williams, vice-principal of Heart of Worcestershire College, said: “We are extremely proud to be supporting Droitwich Rugby Club junior section with a sponsorship deal for 2015/16.
“As a college, we are passionate about supporting and investing in young people and Droitwich Rugby Club has the same ethos.
“All of the coaching staff in the junior section are volunteers, so it is great we can support them.”
David Warner, chairman of Droitwich Rugby Club, commented: “We at Droitwich Rugby Club are delighted to be able to announce our new sponsorship deal with Heart of Worcestershire College.
“There is a really great fit between our club and Heart of Worcestershire College in terms of our joint approach to the development of young people.
“At Droitwich Rugby Club we are committed to helping all our young people develop both as players and as individuals and we believe the core values of rugby help them achieve that.
