DROITWICH Spa have confirmed the return of versatile forward Ben Tilbury following his departure from Pershore Town.
The 25-year-old left the Plums in search of regular football and has now joined Andy Crowther’s side with Spa targeting promotion out of the Hellenic League Division One.
Tilbury previously enjoyed a two-season spell with the Saltmen from 2018 to 2020 – scoring 26 goals in 57 appearances.
Droitwich manager Andy Crowther said: “On hearing that Tilb’s was available, I was quick to snap him up as we all know the qualities he can bring to a team and compliment an already strong attack.
“He is also very versatile and can play in many positions, which is a massive asset to any team.”
Prior to joining Spa, Tilbury featured for Worcester City in the Conference North.
He first departed Droitwich to join Spa’s former landlords Stourport Swifts and later returned to Worcester.
Tilbury then rejoined Stourport and helped the Swifts lift the Worcestershire Senior Cup in 2022/23.
He moved to Pershore at the start of the 2024/25 campaign and has scored two goals in 20 appearances this campaign.
Spa lost 4-2 against the Plums in the Wiseman Lighting Floodlit Cup in midweek.
