Introducing the Spiral Sausage to put the Spa on the map

FOLLOWING the success of the Droitwich sausage which was launched three years ago, The Gardeners Arms has teamed up with three local suppliers for another take on the Great British banger.

And it is hoped that, following its launch, the Spiral Sausage will put the Spa on the map. It was created by the Gardeners Arms chef with the help of Harry Price of H Price Catering Butchers, Mark Bytheway from Droitwich-based Deliciously Squared Ltd and Sam Barriscale from Ma Bakers in Worcester.

Simon said: “Mark roasts our meat joints over a medieval authentic charcoal fire, for four hours to bring out the fullest of the meats natural flavours, ready to serve with our Sunday roasts and new pie dishes.

“As the sausages are cooked in the pan the spiral cooks all the flavours together giving a unique taste.




“With so many local talented food suppliers, it’s always good to have the comfort of being able to deal and support local companies and create new concepts within the food industry.”
